At Global Navigation, we back up all of our products with a firm commitment to customer service.

Please be sure to contact customer service for return authorization and instructions before sending your product to an authorized service center.

Warranty:  1 year parts / 90 days labor

Global Navigation, Inc., warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year for parts and ninety (90) days for labor, as specified in the Limited Warranty policy included with each product.

Return warranty registration card within fourteen (14) days of purchase along with a copy of original purchase receipt.

If Your Product Needs Service, please follow the below instructions carefully.

1. Call customer service at (800) 838-3315 Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST, and a service representative will troubleshoot your product over the phone.

2. If determined that your product needs service, a Repair and Maintenance Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned to you, return instructions provided as well as the service location to send your product for service.

3. Inside the product's package, please enclose your name, address, telephone number, a description of the problem, model number and serial number for each product returned for warranty service.

4. Clearly and visibly mark your assigned RMA number on the exterior of your product's mailing package. (Example: RMA# 1234567)

5. Properly pack your product, ensuring it is secure and well padded, so as to prevent damage when in transit and should be adequately insured. Preferably return in its original product packaging materials. Failure to follow these provisions may cause your request for warranty service to be denied. Merchandise damaged or lost in shipping is the sole responsibility of customers.

6. When returning your product, please include all the accessories such as cables, user manual, remote control, etc.

7. Mail your product to Global Navigation, Inc. service center within thirty (30) days of RMA # issuance for authorization to be valid.
